Program Educational Objectives (PEO)

  1. To impart the students requisite knowledge, skills and right attitude necessary to become efficient Managers, Leaders and Entrepreneurs.

  2. To create employable management professionals with strong ethical values capable of assuming a significant role in Corporate and Society.

  3. To make consistent efforts for holistic development of the students and thereby empower them to face the challenges posed by the dynamic environment of the industry.

Program Objectives (PO)

Upon completion of the MBA Program the degree holder will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate Professionalism, Self-awareness, Leadership and effective communication skills (Both in written and oral means).

  2. Analyse and understand the issues and dilemmas that businesses world always faces and find effective and pragmatic solutions for the same by application of managerial knowledge and skills.

  3. Possess the knowledge and skill required to lead effectively and work in a team based environment. Also, develop cross functional skills.

  4. Understand the concept of Information Technology (IT) and how it can optimise the organizational efficiency and performance by saving and economising time, money and other resources yet ensuring protection of environment health and safety.

  5. Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to investigate and solve critical and vexed business problems.

  6. Start a new venture in any discipline of self-interest.

  7. To work in any functional domain of specialization (i.e. Finance, Marketing, Operations, HRM etc.) in the industry.

  8. To attain enhanced employability through and attitude of continuous learning and self-assessment process.

Program Specific Outcomes (PSO)

  1. Help students to explore practical application of the management concepts thereby providing knowledge in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Economics and Business Laws.

  2. Providing a strong analytical foundation in key functional areas and the other, enabling a high degree of academic flexibility, thereby allowing students to customize their MBA experience.

  3. Assimilation of business knowledge and management techniques in solving the business problems.

  4. The graduates would be able to consolidate the thus acquired knowledge into practical skills
