Priyadarshini Lokmanya Tilak Institute of Management Studies and Research presents “Next-Gen Leaders,” a mentoring program that brings together industry experts and the next generation. Next-Gen Leaders is available to students of all regional universities and working professionals pushing to grow in their respective fields.

The program structure includes monthly or bi-weekly check-ins with flexibility for in-person or virtual mentoring. Mentors for each program are chosen meticulously by the institute’s board based on their track record and industry recognition.

Mr. Chandak has a diverse background working for the MEP Department Of Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd, And then at a booming digital marketing agency ``Merkle - Sokrati`` which has helped launch Digital And Influencer strategies across industries and geographies with the world’s most iconic brands.

Mr. Rakshit Kapoor - FinTech

Mr. Kapoor is a Senior Commercial Leader in the Financial Technology and Digital Payments industry. He has launched many global products, overcoming regulatory and technology challenges, leading to consistent upward growth throughout his career. Mr. Kapoor frequently talks on global platforms about multiple aspects of the FinTech business.

Mr. Rohit Trivedi - Regulatory Technology

Mr. Trivedi is the CTO of ``Domus Semo Sancus`` (DSS), a Turks & Caicos Islands RegTech company that builds regulatory tools to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Its KYC/AML AI platform, SafetyNet, is currently being used by multiple organizations across the globe to meet stringent regulatory requirements. Mr. Trivedi is also the Founder & Director of N'Liven Technologies, a Software & Web Development Company.
