About Training & Placement

The Training & Placement Cell of PLTIMSR is committed towards providing excellent job Opportunities to its students and also raising their employability levels. Being the best MBA/BBA college in Nagpur it has achieved inexhaustible placements on a consistent basis through campus recruitment drives.
The Training & Placement Cell of PLTIMSR handles following functions:

Placement

The department liaisons with the premier industries and invites them for conducting on campus and off-campus selection of the students.
The department also takes feedback from the employers, so as to prepare the students to meet the expectations of the industry.
The department also regularly provides SMS and email updates to the students about job openings in various public and private sector enterprises.

Training

To increase the employability of the students and to prepare the students to meet the expectation of the industries, T&P Cell also conducts a lot of programs every year.

Guest Lectures

Lectures by eminent speakers from the field of business & industry.

Soft Skills Training

Mock aptitude tests, group discussion & personal interviews for the students.

Alumni Activities

The department also handles the alumni activities of the institute & regularly conducts alumni meets in the institute.

Career Counselling

The department provides career guidance & Career Counselling to the students.

Interaction with Professional Bodies

The department is actively associated with the professional bodies in the region like Vidarbha Industries Association (VIA), VidarbhaManagement Association (VMA), etc.
